I'll fill-up with media over a period. However its worth mentioning, I plan to enhance this section with media over time. Currently, my fitness goal is to increase my weight to around 85kg, as I currently weigh approximately 68kg.

Throughout January, I will be participating in daily social competitions, aiming to complete 100 push-ups. While my regular routine includes three sets of 40 reps, this daily challenge will be a great addition to my regimen. On January 26th, I’ll be competing in the local Interclub circus with the clowns in Northampton 'gregs jesters', which I’m really looking forward to as it will be my first official public event. Additionally, on April 26th, I’ll participate in the FIGHT NIGHT, an Iron Bull boxing series event for charity.

In November, I experienced a bout of the 'Kawasaki' virus, which set me back by nearly 2 kg after months of hard work. However, just five days later, I was back on the ringside bag, as shown in the media included on this page. I had also reached my limit with a disruptive individual, some local stalker taking a fancy to me, whom I had to confront before notifying the local authorities about the situation.


I attended my first live event after successfully purchasing a ticket from one of the actual fighters, which was an incredible experience!

In December, I decided to take a personal break from my regular fitness routine for a month, allowing myself some much-needed rest at the end of the year. With business being quite busy globally, this break has also helped me prepare for what’s next. While I’ve maintained a casual fitness routine, I aimed to add a bit of extra body fat for added protection against the winter chill. However, I’ve noticed that I’m not gaining much weight at all.


At the end of November and the beginning of December, I was thrilled to be accepted for an opportunity to compete in the previously mentioned event in April. However, my opposing fighter either dropped out or was repositioned, and another fighter, 'Sy K,' was brought in. This change allowed me to design posters and other promotional materials for the management while also planning for the 2025 events. Coordinating gym and boxing schedules has required a lot of rescheduling, especially with daily family commitments and work, including my own.

Additionally, I noticed some social media scams related to merchandise for a UFC fighter from my shire. Having lived in the village, I know how challenging it can be to break free from that environment. To support him, I secured his .com top-level domain (TLD) and provided hosting from my public resources as a Christmas gift.
